Rebecca Gazda

Rebecca Gazda is the founder of Fractional Female Solutions (FFS), a consultancy focused on helping start-ups, non-profits, and small businesses to streamline and modernize processes through data efficiency and analytical understanding utilizing a fractional female workforce. Previously, she was the senior director of DNSFilter’s Innovation Lab and the managing director of the consulting firm Data Ideology. Rebecca has 20+ years of experience in data and analytics, ML/data science, and technology team/program management. Rebecca received her bachelor’s degree from Saint Vincent College and continued to the Ph.D. program at the University of South Carolina where she received her master’s in Behavioral Neuroscience and Experimental Psychology. She also received an executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. She has experience in several industries including healthcare, academia, cyber security, finance, and clinical research.
